Today in our office we spent the day learning a new management system…In Touch.   It is so that we can not only capture leads from our listings – folks who might be interested in buying or selling.   It also allows us to keep “in touch” with our client data bases.  Some folks need alot of immediate attention especially if they are actively buying or selling.  Some only need soft touches periodically to keep them updated on the market and to stay in contact with me!    Its alot of info and I am going to be taking a more indepth course this Friday.   I like to think I am fairly computer savvy,,. but retention is the issue with so much being thrown at us today.   I will say, Coldwell Banker Gundaker does a wonderful job of keeping us current and helping us learn.   This is just one reason our company is #1 in St Louis and our office #1 in the state!

Something I have always wanted to do is have an active blog and website, so this allows me to combine both…the professional company website that I now have control over and the ability to link an extra page for my blog and sold properties as well as any info on vendors, lenders and such related folks that I work with daily.   It’s exciting and I hope to reach out reguarly with my blog not only for real estate purposes but just general daily happenings both in my personal and profession worlds.

This is a great time to get organized as I prepare for the busy year – especially the spring coming up!  Today the word is MOTIVATION.   Its time to get going for 2015!
